You are also across the street from the DU campus.
Community amenities:
- First rate shopping and dining is just minutes away. The DU area has several stores and restaurants that are amazing. Please click on our Community Amenities link.
- The famous Washington Park (Wash Park) is less than two miles away.
At the Dolphin Apartments, you are literally at the center of everything! The RTD Light Rail system can take you anywhere you want to go.
- If you work or play in the Denver Tech Center, Down Town Denver, Littleton, or Aurora, the Light Rail takes you there as well.
- If you love sports, the Light Rail will take you to Bronco’s, Avalanche, and Rocky’s games. To say nothing of the DU Pioneers.
The Dolphin Apartments are a wonderful and affordable place to live, and you would hard pressed to find any apartment community that can compete with our location, price, and quality of life.
